Job Role:
As the Restaurant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and increase market share. You will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Must be a Female Candidate
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
