Job description

This role will play a crucial role in the support of product development and research in Electromechanical division (Ceiling Fan category) and encompass below areas and more:

R&D Activities

• New Product Development Process Management

- Project proposals review and assigning the projects to appropriate R&D Member

- Regular NPD Stage gate management

• Asset Management of R&D Assets & Factory Assets
• Support in Automation of R&D testing & Factory processes

Strategic Activities

• Review and report of Quarterly financials and business trends
• Analysis and report of Model wise/Segment wise sales & GM on monthly basis
• Coordination of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) activities
• Analysis and report of Market reports like Pie-wheel & Market pulse
• Coordination with Finance team for GM, COPA, SAP related activities
• Market Intelligence.
• Coordination with SCM planning team on S&OP
• Management of SAP Routing & Cost verifications

Factory Activities

• Support in Factory infrastructure improvement
• Coordination for New factory Setup

- Factory Layout & Machinery related activities

• Support in SAP, Factory Asset management
• Coordination of Factory Scrap approvals on monthly basis
