The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, attracting, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to select and make job offers to successful candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or fresher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
