Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist at Dr. Sweksha's Dermatology Clinic in South Delhi. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and maintaining Medical Office records and information.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist duties
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
