Job description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of all inventory items including PP woven fabric rolls raw
materials packaging materials and finished products.
Regularly inventory databases and ensure stock levels are optimal to meet
production demands.
Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize wastage damage and
pilferage.
2. Receipt and Dispatch:
Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials and ensure they meet quality
standards.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely dispatch of finished products to
customers.
Arrange for transportation and logistics for the dispatch of goods.
3. Supplier Coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any
supply-related issues.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Generate reports on inventory levels consumption and shortages.
Prepare regular reports for management to track stock levels and make informed

decisions.
5. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the stores area.
Participate in audits and inspections making sure all procedures are in accordance with
regulatory requirements.
