About the Role: Biocon Biologics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as the Head of Investor Relations. In this key leadership role, you will play a crucial part in fostering relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of Biocon Biologics. Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's performance, strategy, and growth prospects to the investment community. Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information. Collaborate with senior management to develop key messages and ensure consistent communication of the company's value proposition. Plan and execute investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences, to showcase Biocon Biologics' achievements and future outlook. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Manage relationships with external partners, including financial analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to gather information and insights for effective communication with the investment community. Stay updated on industry best practices in investor relations and implement strategies to enhance Biocon Biologics' standing in the financial markets. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 15+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors and analysts. Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to overall business strategy. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Job tags
