About the role:
We are looking for a creative, self-driven & enthusiastic Copy Supervisor who can drive creative campaigns and communications, internally and externally.
Responsibilities: (Including, not restricted to)
• Crafting innovative ideas to communicate effectively with the target audience and achieve the brand objectives
• Brainstorming ideas to deliver impactful scripts, slogans, social media posts, media copy, jingles, etc. in collaboration with the Creative, Strategy and Account Management Teams
• Writing for and presenting campaigns/micro-campaigns to clients
• Consistently delivering on copy changes/feedback
• Overseeing the entire execution phase including production
• Build case studies of iconic campaigns that the agency has delivered periodically
• Leading a team of bright creative individuals; grooming and guiding them as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile Should:
• Be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services
• Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
• Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
• Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Be highly self-motivated and well organized
