Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kottayam for Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling services to prospective and current students, providing information on education abroad, courses, and programs, and responding to student enquiries and helping them solve problems. Those from Kottayam are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in student counseling and career counseling
• Knowledge of and experience in the education sector

Desired Qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of study abroad processes and procedures
• Prior customer service experience in the education sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
