The Executive Assistant is a key supporting role working alongside our Partners and Directors. You will provide proactive support in all dealings, assisting with the delivery of projects and company initiatives as well as reporting, planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, objectives and priorities.
To be successful in this position, you must be diligent, results oriented, have good business acumen, be customer focused, and possess an aptitude for delivering excellence.You must be an effective communicator to build successful relationships with all key stakeholders.

Your next role
- Work closely with the MD and provide strategic inputs.
- Coordinating schedules, events, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements.
- Reviewing inboxes, ensuring emails are redirected as required and responded to in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between all departments, stakeholders and clients.
- Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling and/or tabulating statistics.
- Maintain a coordinated and up-to-date calendar for the MD by determining the urgency and nature of requests, making necessary arrangements, and resolving time conflicts.
- Organize and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders. May attend meetings with the MD to record meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Draft correspondence and other documentation to the MD's specification.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Make travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas for the MD. Facilitate cross-functional coordination of travel and outreach plans.
- Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Respond positively with tact, sensitivity, and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken.
- To undertake additional tasks as directed by the MD.

Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors/MBA from a reputed institution and
- Post Bachelors / MBA work experience of 3-7 years
- Part of a Strategy group in a leading corporation OR
- Extensive functional expertise with a leading corporate.
