Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Human Resources. As a Senior Executive Human Resources , you will be responsible for managing the human resources department and implementing effective HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, and end-to-end recruiting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
• Experience in corporate communications and back office operations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective talent management and employee engagement.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track employee performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on HR-related topics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior HR staff.
