Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role
- Min 12th pass / Any Graduate can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our finance services
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales performance
