Team Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of recruiters to ensure successful delivery of recruitment solutions to our clients. The Team Lead will also be involved in recruiting and placing professionals for our clients, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Experience in using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT or engineering recruitment is a plus
• Professional certifications such as Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) are desirable
