Job Description :

1. Lead and actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.
2. Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, defects, and variations in processes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.

5. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

6. Investigate and address root causes of deviations or non-conformances related to engineering processes.

7. Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, improvements, and changes.

8. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, project status, and improvement initiatives.

9. Collaborate with fellow team members, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.

10. Actively participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and share knowledge.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting engineering processes.

12. Ensure that all engineering activities comply with safety standards and regulations
