Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team at Urban Living. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, making sales or membership pitches, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a required experience level of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers to introduce our services and products
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Update customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
