Aurora & Dynamo DB L3 Job Description Proficient in AWS RDS Aurora MySQL and Dynamo Understand and differentiate the key features of AWS database services Analyze needs and requirements to recommend and design appropriate database solutions using AWS services Create Tables Indexes Stored Procedures writing high performant queries database monitoring event notification analyze performance Good Knowledge of Availability Backups Snapshots Multi AZ Deployment Security Encryption at rest network isolation Good Knowledge of VPC Security Groups NACL s Work with DevOps for creating AWS cloud formation CDK database stand up stack Experience working in an Agile team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred AWS Certified Database Specialty. Should be ready to work on US timings (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
