Job description
Program Manager / Associate Director – Business Consulting (Female candidates required)
Key Responsibilities
- As a seasoned consultant, you will have an impact at any of our clients by improving / transforming their business processes in the Finance and advising them on best practices
- Lead/manage important client engagement teams regarding the implementation and/or redesign of Finance and Identify improvement opportunities & provide a transformation roadmap using appropriate solution levers
- Provide consulting advice to customers on Finance processes
- Conduct discovery or design thinking workshops, capture & document business processes using BPM / Project Management tools
- Collect information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, process mining, etc.)
- Actively participate in business development activities.
- Drive team to manage large programs, dependencies and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Lead and Mentor high impact Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.)
- Discover and assess automation initiatives, regulatory compliance and other critical business decisions
- Drive the business in accordance with Allianz Services India strategic goals. identify and develop new services in the Finance areas in collaboration with the other AZ Consulting hubs
- As a senior manager, you will maintain & develop excellent relationship with the senior stake holders of various AZ OE customers on a regular basis to assure quality delivery, customer satisfaction and, hence business growth.
- Lead the Projects/Programs for various AZ OEs and be a consultant to them and help them to deliver their intended goals
- Revenue & Expense management – support development and management of the revenue plan. Drive for revenue growth for the organization and for the team, at the same time exercise cost controls.
- Maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining, and communicating a vision of the outcome of the projects/program
- All the above responsibilities cover budget and people management for the respective areas
- The role consists of leading, managing and being accountable for the performance of the consultants / project managers/ engagement. Maintain and improve an engaged environment for the consultants / project managers to perform with their full potential which will drive the Engagement scores as well
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- MBA/CA/ICWA with strong F&A skills with a minimum of 17 yrs of experience
- Working in multiple industries (insurance preferred) and handling and transforming end to end Finance function
- Working in a consulting capacity and having experience in transforming global clients' finance processes
- Proven process transformation experience combined with outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, strategic and tactical thinking
- Ability to - articulate business value generated by the project, identify key business metrics and compare with baseline, create success stories, user stories and is well versed with agile methodologies.
- You have experience in leading and managing a team of consultants to achieve the business division's goals and objectives
- You have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Functional knowledge of ERPs – SAP S/4 HANA and other industry best finance applications
- An international environment is not a challenge for you and you are willing to work abroad when needed
