Job description

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency compliance company policies.

Supervise administrative staff divide responsibilities ensure performance Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management phone calls correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Support budgeting bookkeeping procedures

Create update records databases with personnel, financial other data Track stocks of supplies place orders, when necessary, submit timely reports prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever supports by maintaining systems supervising staff.

Maintains services organizing procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing approving supply requisitions, assigning monitoring clerical functions.

Provides historical reference defining retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, disposal records. Designs implements establishing standards measuring results against standards, making adjustments.

Completes operational requirements scheduling employees following up on work results.
