Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design innovative solutions using Pega technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega development, with expertise in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Platform.
Experience: 8-15 years Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing Pega-based solutions to address business requirements. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Developing technical specifications and documentation. - Leading Pega development teams and providing technical guidance. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Pega applications. - Participating in system integration testing and deployment activities. - Providing training and support to end users as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification preferred. - Proven experience working as a Pega Developer or Architect. - Strong knowledge of PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Platform. - Experience with Pega application design, development, and implementation. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
