Job description

Urgently requirement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Quality Analyst/Quality Check Engineer from Gas & Fuel Industry Experienced.

Job responsibilities

Ø Preparation of Method statement and Inspection test plan for projects.

Ø Preparation of Welding and Brazing procedures as per Code requirement.

Ø Qualifying Welders and Braziers from TPI for making their WQR.

Ø Preparation of all QA/QC activity reports.

Ø Witnessing Pressure testing & making reports for the same.

Ø Taking care of third-party agencies.

Ø Reviewing NDT reports (UT, MPT, and LPT & RT).

Ø Renewal of Welders and Brazers certificates.

Ø Witnessing testing of valves and other related equipment in labs.

Ø Coordinating with All destructive and Nondestructive testing agencies related to testing.

Ø Preparing compliance statement on project comments as per Codes & Standards.

Ø Coordinating with Client/Consultant during project execution related to Quality issues.

Ø Witnessing final inspections prior offering to GASCO KSA.

Ø Coordination with GASCO KSA for APM certificates and site related issues for maintenance department

Ø To submit the report of the activities on regular basis

Ø To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report on the matter concerned in case of any non-compliance of the above standards noticed.
