About the region APAC: The APAC region is the source of many of our ingredients, and we have deep relationships with farmers, supporting many in sustainability programs. At our processing facilities we are helping customers to respond to food and beverage trends across the region which are rapidly evolving. Our insights team tracks market trends to get the most relevant, targeted, and up-to-date consumer preferences. We are seeing unique flavor and color mashups including mocha cheesecake, and sweet and spicy stuffed snacks. With our ability to both source and innovate using our range of complementary ingredients, we can collaborate with our customers to create new, adventurous concepts that tap into these fast-moving trends. ofi in India aims to be the supplier of choice, from sourcing and processing to logistics and marketing.

About the Country India: ofi in India aims to be the supplier of choice, from sourcing and processing to logistics and marketing. Our business includes the processing of nuts (cashews & almonds), spices, Coffee, Dairy, Cocoa with leadership positions in all the products with 7 manufacturing sites & offices pan India with total employee strength of over 3000 employees.

Overview of the position

We are seeking an EA to India’s Country head to facilitate all aspects of internal and external communication, support the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions by collaborating with C-level executives. The individual will report to Country Head- India

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining schedule for Country Head - extensive calendar management, scheduling meetings and ensuring no conflicts occur. • Executing various administrative tasks including travel arrangements (Domestic &International), planning itinerary, submission of expense report & other correspondence. • Serve as the key point person by coordinating internal and external stakeholders &other facets of the company. • Ensure follow through of all discussed items (MOM) in review meetings, keeping track of projects with updates being incorporated into reports. • Plan and coordinate company events & teamwork activities as BRM meet & monthly / Quarterly townhalls. • Researching and prioritizing issues and concerns addressed to the manager/executive. Determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response using sound judgment. Acting independently to propose appropriate resolution or response. • Providing information to callers which requires knowledge of company policies, practices, and operations. • Making sure the manager/executive meets commitments and deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

• Graduate / MBA with 7+ years of experience in supporting a senior leader with Strong knowledge in secretarial activities, administration, and coordination. • You will need to have strong follow-through skills and flexibility in your job scope to lend a helping hand to the team whenever required. • Being self-motivated and a proactive problem solver, as well as having good organizational and multitasking skills will greatly contribute to your success in this role. • Should have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
