Job description
As a Manager in the Finance team, you will manage essential accounting functions, conduct meticulous audits, uphold compliance with financial regulations, and champion financial literacy initiatives throughout the organization.
What you will do: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with precision. Manage end-to-end audits for timely and accurate financial reporting. Execute monthly book closures and apply Ind AS for compliant financial reporting. Lead internal controls for financial integrity. Drive stakeholder management, system developments, and alignment with reporting processes. Oversee trail balance, end-to-end control over the balance sheet, and manage employee reimbursements/vendor payables. What you need to bring to the table: Expertise in SAP, excellent MS Excel skills, and adaptability with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience Proven expertise in accounting principles with meticulous attention to detail Track record of adeptly managing audits for accurate financial reporting Familiarity with tax laws, GST, and billing rules Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Dedication to and proficiency in internal controls, ensuring compliance with MCA requirements Work life integration – we are in the hospitality business, we work when our customers celebrate; be prepared to be ‘switched on’ during our largest festivals, and holidays And all the other usual stuff in other job descriptionsJob tags
