Required Experience
Relevant post qualification experience in the area of Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belongingness
Required Competencies
- 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience in the area of Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belongingness, org effectiveness and organization design, large scale HR transformation and capability building projects.
- Past consulting experience preferred.
- Graduation/ Masters in Business Management / Marketing.
- People & Culture offerings, DEIB solutions landscape, etc.
- Knowledge & understanding of DEIB.
- Identify client needs & position solutions.
- Communication & Relationship management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Mail merge.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support in building strategic and meaningful DEIB solutions to help deliver business success for clients.
- Leads and delivers projects in the area of diversity, equity inclusion and belongingness.
- Provide direction/thought leadership on and be accountable for all methodology/analysis/output on each project.
- Manage projects within agreed-upon timelines and within budget.
- Lead key client relationships.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership with timely articles, case studies, white papers and overall research.
- Support in new business/new product development/extensions.
- Supervising a team and ensuring their learning and growth on the job.
