Job description
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
Sourcing suitable candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsand briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team / client
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovate methods.
Keep track of hiring trends and share data& analytics with both internal & external Stakeholders.
Conducting periodic reviews with clients to review performance, project progress, and identify areas for improvement
Resolving any client queries or escalations
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Achieve Gross Profit & Volume targets of hires on monthly basis.
A professional / post graduate with 3-5 year’s work experience in recruitment
Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively to handle multiple prioritiesunder pressure and within tight deadlines
Driven and confident enough to take initiatives solve problems and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
