Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The candidate will be based out of our Hyderabad office and will report to the HR Manager.

• Human Resources (HR) and Benefits Administration skills
• Knowledge of HR management and employment laws
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
