Role title : Solution Architect
Function : Operational Support System (OSS)
Band: M2
Location: Pune/ Hyderabad
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Working experience of VMWARE Virtualization Environment LUNS Data Store Consolidations
- Good command over Linux networking tools like Ip ifconfig etc.
- Working knowledge of one (or more) CM tools like Ansible Chef and Puppet etc.
- Good knowledge of build and CI/CD tools like Jenkins Bamboo etc.
- Solid understanding and expertise of Linux operating system including the automated installation jumpstart kickstart configuration etc.
- Experience managing software defined storage systems like CEPH SAN and NAS
- Strong system security awareness and knowledge in REHL/Windows OS hardening.
- Knowledge of OpenStack & Kubernetes.
- Working Knowledge of HPE/DELL Baremetal Server/Storage Hardware Storage Configuration & Specifications.
- Working Knowledge of HPE/DELL MSL TAPE library backup Configuration & Specifications & restoration.
- Hands on experience on cloud platforms onpremises infrastructure and hybrid solutions
Core competencies knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 67 years of experience in Operational Support System
- Strong experience of configuring and managing on Linux platforms .
- Must have good working knowledge of at least one programming language preferably Shell Scripting corn jobs Scheduling Access Control list etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Develop endtoend architecture solutions encompassing applications data infrastructure and integration components
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Key performance indicators:
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System platforms (MS Windows 200x)
- Experience in Server Virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV KVM RHV)
- Working Knowledge of Domain ACL & Windows Administration.
- Analytical problemsolving and root cause analysis skills
