About The Job
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-friendly and visually captivating interfaces. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough user research to identify and understand user needs
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user experience
- Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
- Ensuring that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 2+ (Max Experience 5-6 Years) years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to create user-centric and visually appealing designs that align with user needs
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines
Salary: 1.5 LPA to 6 LPA
