Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with information on products, services & offers.
• Take calls from customers and do outbound calls.
• Identifying customer needs/requirements.
• Taking customer calls and solving queries.
• Converting leads to prospects to enrolments.
• Full-time dedicated customer support.
• Regular follow-up till the time of successful conversion.
• Preferred languages - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu etc.
• Training provided.
