We are hiring Sales Manager for an Engineering manufacturing company in Industrial Automation.

Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for industrial automation solutions.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential.
• Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing guidance to ensure team success.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and propose appropriate automation solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Provide regular market feedback to assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing ones.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and formulate corrective strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
