Sales Manager / Growth Hacker/ Sales Specialist
Sales manager is responsible for increasing revenue through digital solutions by getting more societies to adopt out solutions. He/she will use various methods to create a lead pipeline, setup conversations with the societies, pitch for the products and sign contracts.
Deliverables
1. Meet the revenue, acquisition and deal pipeline targets
2. Work with the product team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
3. Engage with the customers on an ongoing basis to ensure usage of the products. We will have a user engagement target for a month.
4. Deal pipeline creation through digital/distributor/foot soldier model to ensure smooth flow of prospects
5. Create and manage a team of sales leads to expand customer base
Skills
1. Analytical, has an ability to acquire data and create meaningful insights
2. Persuasive, ability to argue a watertight case for customer acquisition
3. Presentation, ability to engage in a conversation – spoken and written
4. Influence, ability to engage players in the ecosystem to recommend our products
Qualifications
Ideally a management postgraduate with commerce or engineering background
Experience
4-5 years of work experience in B2B selling (Rooftop solar or IOT selling in an added advantage), managing a team
