Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Manager - IT to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As the Assistant Manager - IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Roles And Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage all IT-related activities within the company
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
