Role Description

This is a contract role for an Information Technology Recruiter with a focus on full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and IT recruitment. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for hiring, sourcing, and engaging with candidates. This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
  • Full-life cycle recruiting and IT recruitment skills
  • Experience in technical and specialized recruiting
  • Ability to source and engage candidates through various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment working with hiring managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or related technologies is a plus
  • Certifications in recruiting or human resources is a plus
