Job Overview We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project needs and requirements
- Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Perform site inspections and maintain accurate records of construction activities
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients
