The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle recruitment and hiring processes
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
