Sales

 Support: Sales Coordinators assist the sales manager and team by managing schedules and

ensuring the smooth distribution of sales documentation and company presentations.

 Sales Quotations: They are responsible for preparing sales quotations for clients and

following up on them to ensure timely and accurate responses.

 Client Liaison: Sales Coordinators act as a liaison between various departments and clients,

ensuring that the services provided align with the clients needs, budget, and timeline.

 Collaboration: They work closely with the Sales team to evaluate departmental progress,

identify areas for improvement, and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.

 Meeting Participation: Sales Coordinators actively participate in all sales meetings, providing

updates on departmental progress and presenting strategies for improvement.

 Reporting: They may be required to generate reports and minutes to track departmental

progress and highlight developed strategies for enhancing sales performance.

 Industry Knowledge: It is essential for Sales Coordinators to possess a solid understanding of

the freight forwarding business, including its processes, terminology, and best practices.
