Product Launches: Leading the planning and execution of product launches for oncology products in emerging markets. This includes conducting market research, identifying target segments, positioning the product, developing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
Brand Management: Developing and managing the brand image and equity of oncology products in emerging markets. This involves developing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, as well as monitoring and analysing brand performance and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception.
Market Research and Insights: Conducting market research to gain insights into the oncology market in emerging markets. This includes analysing market trends, customer needs and preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. The insights gained will inform marketing strategies and tactics.
KOL Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders in the oncology field in emerging markets. This involves identifying and engaging KOLs, organising advisory boards, collaborating on educational initiatives, and leveraging their expertise to support marketing efforts.

The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in the Emerging Markets marketing space
Experience in Oncology is preferred
International marketing experience + team management experience preferred
