We are seeking a highly-skilled Social Media & Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our social media accounts and overall marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and original text and video content, managing and scheduling social media posts, collaborating with our website partners, and interacting with our community.

As Social Media Manager, we require an individual who stays current with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, possesses exceptional communication abilities, and can convey our companys message in a creative and impactful manner. The ultimate goal of this position is to effectively manage and enhance our companys online presence by driving increased web/social media traffic and community engagement. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and cohesive representation of our companys image in order to achieve our marketing objectives.
As a Social Media & Marketing Manager, the principal duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day content production and ensuring brand consistency
- Developing a diverse range of creative social media content
- Facilitating the expansion of Kanexon brand and community awareness through various social media channels.
- Collaborating with the brand team to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring brand consistency in copy, tone, voice, and terminology.
- Supervising all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the company, and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitoring progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
- Managing and overseeing the communication and asset uploads for the website in coordination with external web partners or partnerships
- Managing all advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and many others.
