Job description
We are currently looking for a skilled and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team at Wonkrew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling and engaging copy for various channels, with a focus on digital platforms. If you have a minimum of 1 year but less than 3 years of experience in copywriting and are eager to contribute your skills to a growing company, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and create captivating copy for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, website content, and email campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and effectively communicate the brand message.
3. Edit and proofread content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
4. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in copywriting to continuously enhance and evolve our content strategy.
5. Ability to work from Chennai or relocate to Chennai if not currently based in the area.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in copywriting.
2. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Familiarity with crafting content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email.
4. Creative mindset and the ability to generate original ideas that align with brand objectives.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Knowledge of SEO best practices in content creation is a plus.
7. A portfolio showcasing previous copywriting work and demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and a strong command of language.
