Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :i. Troubleshooting related to routers ii. Worked on various Toolsiii. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronicallyiv. Advise user on appropriate actionv. Research questions using available information resourcesvi. Redirect problems to correct resourcevii. Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base. viii. Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents/requests to upstream technical groupsSkills Required :i. Good Knowledge about various devices, operating systems, COTs, VPNs, VOIP, Peripheral Devices etc. and in managing troubleshoots related to itii. Good Knowledge about Remote handlingiii. Good communication skills.iv. Good multitasking skillsv. Ability to handle pressurevi. Good Problem-Solving Skillsvii. Good customer handling skills. viii.
