Responsibilities Invoice booking, Employee Expense Reimbursements/ Petty Cash Expenses Following up with business and different stakeholders for all related matters Ability to handle business queries relating to Accounts payable and vendor payments Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activity Report/Dashboards Understanding of KPI/SLAs in AP Able to manage large volumes of invoices/queries Qualification, Experience/Competencies Post-Graduate/Graduate in Commerce Discipline More than 5 years of relevant experience within finance shared services in Accounts Payable department Other Skills Good communication skills to interact with superiors, and business stakeholders Organized with keen attention to detail Technology/ERP Must have working knowledge on ERP like SAP, Oracle etc. ยท Working Knowledge of MS office (mainly MS excel) Special Requirement Very good English communication is must Open for any shift
