Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Lapser Multispeciality Clinic. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid nursing license in the state of Tamil Nadu
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
- Experience in OT Management
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Caring and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and ensure their comfort and safety
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Assist in procedures and surgeries as per the surgeon's instructions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
- Adhere to all legal, professional, and ethical nursing standards
