Your Role:
In the role of Sales Manager, you will embark on a strategically crucial journey to acquire new customers and partners, significantly expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Proactive Prospecting: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers and partners within specific target segments to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Engagement: Use targeted discussions and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products and services, convincing customers of their benefits.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and create customized offers that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Liaise closely with internal teams, including product management and marketing, to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to uncover new sales opportunities, thereby fortifying our position in the market.
What Expertise You Bring:
- Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably exceeding quotas in cybersecurity solution sales.
- Customer Acquisition Skills: A proven track record in acquiring new customers with a robust sales background.
- Determined Attitude: A proactive and resilient mindset focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Communication and Presentation: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively present internally and externally.
- Sales Acumen: A thorough understanding of sales processes and methods, complemented by strong negotiation skills.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in selling security-based products, with IT security product/service sales being a significant advantage.
- Flexibility and Language Proficiency: Willingness to travel as required and fluency in English and the local language.
- Team-Oriented: A commitment to a team-first mentality, exemplifying ethical and collaborative success.
