Technical Skills
VoIP Expertise:
- Strong understanding of VoIP concepts, SIP protocol, and backend routing.
- Experience with VoIP applications, network design, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of setting up SIP (RFC2833 & SIP INFO) and Trunks.
- Expert in configuring and implementing dialer servers.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience with E1 circuits and audio transmission quality.
- Knowledge of MySQL deployment and management.
- Familiarity with API integrations across platforms.
- Linux/Unix OS skills (CentOS, Debian) including kernel, systemd, journald, ssh, bash.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP stack and VoIP protocols (IP, UDP, SIP, RTP, STUN, TURN).
- Have an excellent grasp and hands - on working experience in open source Dialer and VoIP application planning, developments, API integrations, maintenance, build, deployment, and system testing.
- Responsible for Vici dial and GoAutoDial (Asterisk) application designing, implementing, testing and supporting a IP service platform and associated VoIP applications

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Technical Collaboration:
- Partner with the Infrastructure team on server maintenance, enhancements, and developments.
- Assist with dialer development projects.
- Requirements & Design:
- Gather information for application requirements and technical designs.
- Program, test, and document application functionalities.
- Design and document VoIP infrastructure architecture and operating procedures.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Integrate the VoIP platform with new OSS and billing components.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members through effective communication (technical and non-technical).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues with VoIP infrastructure and applications.
- Strong work ethic and ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
