Can take initiative & perform accordingly
Need to look after the sales & Waste cost control management
Experience from restaurant or eateries/cafes will be added advantage
Can take care of the inventories from Central kitchen/ Warehouse
Can manage the events/exhibitions stall management & staff
Can maintain MIS reports & prepare by end of the month
Can do audits of eateries on regular basis
