Ensure projects and teams are structuredin most benefitted manner for organization.
Internal strcuture and organization of team.
Accountable for project deliveries within the committed QCD (Quality, Cost and deadline) for our product.

Ensure direct relation with key stakeholders by frequent review meetings, proactive follow ups, feedbacks for customer satisfaction and avoiding escalation. Ensure feedback is taken seriously and action plan in place. Also, in case of any escalation, ensure that actions are taken on the utmost priority.
Informed and happy customer (Internal and External)
Escalation is handled in timely and professional manner.
Organise regular progress reviews & other team meetings.
Seamless shareing of information and project progress.
Ensure Quality processes is understood and respectedby the team members.
QMS Compliance in Internal/External audits.
Motivate team members to think out of the box and suggest innovations, be part of innovative projects, produce white papers, present POCs etc.
Number of Innovations, POCs, whitepapers coming from India lab setting a research lab environment in India.
Maintaining the team backlog
With input from System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders, the PO has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog. Consisting mostly of user stories, it also includes defects and enablers. Backlog items are prioritized based on user value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the PI planning event and refined during the PI.

Very good experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, DevOps and sAFE |

Proven ability to create project planning using Microsoft Project with Risk Management |
Proven experience to manage end to end Build to Run phase of Project/Product. |
Strong exposure to devops implementation.Understanding of DevOps principles, tools and the intersection with cloud architecture |
Vendor management skills is a plus. |
Understanding of Big Data, IoT, Blockchains and other emergint technologies would be a plus. |

B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent |

3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects |
Good experience on gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation |
Good experience on full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle |
master the Agile methodology and good understanding of sAFE. |
