Solinas products are being designed for Indian challenges with products like short-range & long-range pipeline inspection and robotic cleaning of Septic Tanks. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Field Service Technician.
Job Description:
Solinas Integrity Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services for our robot equipment and systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our robots.
Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HomoSEP Robots and systems at customer sites.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
· Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
· Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and operation of equipment.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of service activities, including testing reports, service reports, and equipment inventory.
· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on-site and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
· Keep abreast of industry developments, product updates, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
· Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to provide updates, report findings, and address concerns.
· Represent Solinas professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence in customer service.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
· Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Preferred Languages: English and Hindi
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
· Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
· A valid driver's license for a four-wheeler is preferred.
· Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
