Job Title: Finance Officer Location:

Harare, Zimbabwe

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team in Harare, Zimbabwe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting function, including bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, invoicing, stock control, VAT compliance, and internal audits Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders Provide financial advice and support to senior management Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications: MBA in Finance or M.Com in Finance, or a relevant qualification 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a FMCG environment Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Tally Experience with other accounting software is an advantage
