Manage and operate Dynatrace SaaS environment, End-to-end execution, and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex environments - Hybrid Cloud (On-Prem/Azure/AWS)
- Install and configure new Dynatrace Agents on all the VM's/Servers/ Containers etc.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) Configure application monitoring, anomaly detection profiles creation, alert profile creation, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring, etc.
- Experience with monitoring tool architecture, deployment, maintenance of multi-vendor tool suite environments, and compliance with published SLA's.
- Demonstrate understanding of transaction processing, multi-tier application development, web infrastructure (web services, trend analysis, etc.) monitoring (including scripting synthetic transactions), defining meaningful metrics, identifying critical points in application workflow and leading appropriate corrective action.
- Experience working with application & engineering teams to develop requirements that define monitoring and interpret alerting, notification, and escalation requirements for managing an end user experience, assist with fault isolation, and deliver proactive environment.
- Support Stakeholders in monitoring critical application performance and availability.
- Assist clients with troubleshoot and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues.
- Maintain and Customize dashboards to meet requirements of IT and business users.
- Provide services, such as state-of-the-art automation based on Monaco, training, and coaching, thereby growing the adoption of our solution.
- Troubleshoot the issues related to the Dynatrace environment.
- Implement and maintain Dynatrace tool interface integration (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception, PoC to complete implementation.
- Experience in the installation and configuration of Dynatrace extensions
- Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management.
- Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to prospective clients.
- Should understand the challenges of customers, co-ordinate with vendor for a customized solution if needed.
- Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the best.
