Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales, education, and interpersonal communication. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for presenting the unique features of our platform, answering all the queries of parents, guiding parents regarding the application procedure and helping them through the admission process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and create a rapport with parents from diverse backgrounds
• Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Knowledge and interest in the education industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be beneficial

Note: Fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office and experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
