ServiceNow GRC Junior and mid level

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a ServiceNow GRC Junior and mid-level professional. The Junior and Mid-level ServiceNow GRC specialist will facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow's governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) solutions. They will maintain workflows, rules, and reports within the ServiceNow GRC platform and ensure that GRC workflows and policies align with regulatory requirements. The role will also offer opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues in technical and non-technical positions across diverse domains to ensure ServiceNow GRC solutions are structured effectively and securely.

• 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC
• Demonstrated experience in the development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC components (e.g., policies, controls, and risks)
• Knowledgeable regarding the ITIL/ITSM management framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and articulate complex issues and recommend sound solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
