Job Description – Project Coordinator

For more details, please visit Job Overview: Our dynamic marketing team is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of marketing assets and the execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating complex projects in professional services or B2B SaaS environments. As a central figure in the marketing department, the Project Coordinator will ensure that all projects are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and are communicated effectively across various teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing assets and campaigns. Facilitate collaboration between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of assets. Manage Confluence and Jira boards to track project progress, document processes, and ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, adjusting as necessary to meet project requirements. Serve as the point of contact for project updates, status reports, and coordination efforts. Implement project management best practices and strive for continuous improvement in all processes. Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks and work to resolve them promptly. Support the team in maintaining documentation and project archives for future reference and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within marketing for professional services or B2B SaaS. Certification in Atlassian Confluence and Jira is highly desired. PMP certification is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
